Be Summer Cool

It’s almost a month since summer has started and it’s only getting hotter and hotter day by day when we talk but summer in India everyone carries a different story. All we do is sit inside Ac and feel good? But is that good for your health? NO. Ac may make you feel cool but it dehydrated your skin. Ac cools the air in your room by sucking all the moisture out of it, which create dry vapor less air, it works on the same way on your skin, by sucking the moisture out of it. What can you do, to make yourself feel hydrated and less dizzy?
Here are few tips which may help you.

1- Drink as much water as you can and exercise daily.

During summer when sun’s heat drains all the energy from your body, you don’t feel like doing anything.. You just want to lie down and feel the air. But it won’t help you to feel cool. For that you need to drink water frequently after every half an hour. Water keeps you moist from inside and will keep you hydrated. Coconut water is best in summer. Also you should workout everyday as your body need’s moment and flexibility to keep you fit.

2- Use lotion or aloeveera

By eating and drinking water you can keep yourself hydrated from inside but what about your outside skin? During summer your skin gets reddish, you may feel itchy what to do to protect our outer skin? You should apply Nievea aloe hydration body lotion is good one to opt for because its light formula gentally hydrates the skin. If you don’t have lotion, you can also use Aloeveera. Aloeveera alone is known for its soothing property it helps to treat sunburn, rashes, and remove redness.

3 – Make your own cool spray

Whenever you feel hot, all we do is wash our face with cold water to make us feel good but cold water is not enough. Here is a recipe of a spray which will help you to feel fresh.

All you have to do is Cut up small cucumber and blend it, then take out the cucumber paste and put it into a clean cloth, squeeze all its juice in a bowl, add 1 tps of aloeveera and 1/2 cup of water, mix it well and pour it in a spray bottle and get yourself a cool and fresh spray for your body.

4- Avoid aerated Drinks

When you see ad where a person drinks a soda, thumbsup, pepsi etc you too feel to drink it but it won’t help you to stay cool. Instead you can drink lemonade, coconut juice, fruit juice, kokam, amla juice etc. The aerated juice is not good for your health during summers.

5- What to eat

Using curd in your every lunch is a good idea as curd itself is a good product. Use cumin seed(jeera) as it calm your nerves and aid your fat burning effect in summer. You can take 1 tps jeera in a water and drink it warm after 30 min of your meal. Eat lot of fresh and juicy fruits it will keep you hydrated.

Iss Diwali App kya karoge?

It was a dark moonless night when lord Ram the King of Ayodhya returned home with his wife Sita, after killing the demon Ravan. To honour and to rejoice the homecoming of King and Queen we celebrate Diwali.

No doubt, Diwali is the biggest festival for Indians. Where the house’s, institute, offices, our neighbourhood are full of lights, happiness, joy. Everything on this day feels positive be it decorating our house, eating delicious sweets, Dad’s surprise gift.. or maybe getting ready! Yaa for me this is the most exciting part!!

When I walk on the road during Diwali the glittery lights around me, the happy faces spread good vibes.. which is the best part of it.

Diwali is a festival that signifies the triumph of light over darkness, good over evil, and hope over despair. However, in recent year, the extravagant celebration has not only put a great strain on the environment but also on people’s health.

It may seem a festival full of fun but the effects are not. As this year was full of environmental effect… How everything is changing drastically, be it plastic waste or maybe cutting down trees, we are creating more problems for our future. The Cracker cause pollution which fills the air with sulphur dioxide & carbon monoxide which are harmful to our health.

So why not this year we have little change? Let’s celebrate crackerless Diwali. Maybe our little change may create more happiness. I always use to like the tagline of Cadbury “iss Diwali app kise khush karoge”

So this year I made my own tagline..

” Iss Diwali app bhi ek umid ka diya Jalaye… Or apni Dharti ko pradushan se bachaye”.

Happy Diwali to all of you:)
